I have worked for a broad range of clients from small, fast-moving startups to Fortune 100 clients with multi-year, multi-million dollar projects.

I have worked for some of the largest digital consultancies in the US and Europe, including AnswerThink, Scient, and Digitas. In the course of my career I have conducted user research in seven countries and helped ship meaningful, delightful products that millions of users interact with on a daily basis.

I’m currently the VP and Head of Design at CVS Health, a Fortune-4 company, leading an extremely talented UX design, research, content, and accessibility team of over 400 responsible for providing digital experiences focused on improving health outcomes for over 100M people. 

Our meaningful work supports digital-first, technology-forward solutions for 9000+ retail pharmacies, Caremark pharmacy benefits, Aetna healthcare benefits, CVS Mail Order and Specialty pharmacies, and HealthSpire care delivery offerings.

Previously, as the first VP of UX at Charles Schwab, a leading financial institution with over $7 trillion under management, I established the UX process and scaled the team from 5 to 250+, building UX design, UX Research, and Content Design teams from the ground up. I was responsible for our multi-platform design strategy that included native mobile applications, responsive web solutions and innovation for emerging platforms.

At Charles Schwab I:

- Built the UX team from the ground up across our San Francisco, Austin, Denver and Chicago offices

- Led the growth of the UX Research practice.

- Led the design of Schwab's first native Android and iOS applications

- Led the design of Schwab's robo-advisor, Schwab Intelligent Portfolios

- Led the complete redesign of Schwab's client-facing web experience

- Created the vision for Schwab’s multi-platform design system

- Established a modern cross-functional collaborative process with the technology and business teams
